According to conditions and terms mentioned under scheme of transfer, the personnel, proceedings, liabilities, and assets of Delhi Vidyut Board are acquired by the company.

BYPL (BSES New Delhi Yamuna Power Limited)

Power is distributed by BYPL to a region stretching over 200 square kilometers with a density population of 5953 per square kilometers. Company’s 11.9 lakh consumers are located across fourteen districts in east and central regions involving Karawal Nagar, Nand Nagri, Yamuna Vihar, Mayur Vihar, Laxmi Nagar, Krishna Nagar, kakarduma, GT Road, Patel Nagar, Shankar Road, Paharganj, Daryaganj, and Chandni Chowk.

BRPL (BSES Delhi Rajdhani Power Limited)

Power is distributed by BYPL to a region stretching over 750 square kilometers with a density population of 2192 per square kilometers. Company’s 16.44 lakh consumers are located across nineteen districts in west and south regions involving Dwarka, Palam, Vikas Puri, Tagore Garden, Punjabi Bagh, Mundka, Nangloi, Najafgarh, Janakpuri, RK Puram, Hauz Khas, Sarita Vihar, Nizamuddin, Nehru Place, Saket, Vasant Kunj, Khanpur, and Alaknanda.
